Mosquito Fleet’s work is made possible by a community network of paddlers, organizers and activists. No matter what your role is in the movement, there’s a place for you in the Fleet! Kayak Training Team
A crew of experienced paddlers that are here to help you build skills
and feel confident on the water! Trainings offered include introductory
paddling skills, safety on the water, and kayaktivism. The Fleet Training
Team is made up of folks who identify as BIPOC, queer, and/or femme.
Requirements: Wet-exit certified, First-aid / CPR certified, participate
in a Fleet training for trainers (T4T), Fleet volunteer orientation
social paddle Team
Folks who lead social paddles and act as safety paddlers during group paddles
or on-water actions.
Requirements: Wet-exit certified, First-aid / CPR certified, participate in a
Fleet Assisted Rescue training, Fleet volunteer orientation
ART Team
Folks that help host open art studio hours, art workshops, and art builds!
They support and initiate Fleet art projects such as banner and flag making,
block printing, and screen printing.

outreach Team
A team of outgoing folks interested in spreading the word about the Fleet!
Could include tabling at events, flyering, etc
