Cathedral Park Beach Cleanup

We’re partnering with our friends at Human Access Project (HAP) and other local organizations for an epic beach cleanup at Cathedral Park in St. John’s. Our goal is to remove 25-40 tons of concrete, rubble and rip-wrap from the south side of the Cathedral Park dock to improve access to the Willamette River in the St. John’s neighborhood.

Where: 543 N Burlington Ave, Portland, OR 97203 - map link here. Meet at Cathedral Park Beach, at the river's edge of Cathedral Park near the fishing dock at the end of N Pittsburg Avenue. Look for a check-in station.

What's Provided: Trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.

RSVP: Registration is required! Please sign up here ahead of time to guarantee your spot. Volunteers 17 and under must be accompanied by an authorized adult.

We hope you can join us - many hands will make light work!
